Product Overview

The fundamental concept behind a permanent magnet generator involves the rotor being equipped with permanent magnet materials that produce a steady magnetic field. This magnetic field remains constant, providing the essential conditions for energy generation.

When an external power source, such as a wind turbine, water turbine, or engine, causes the rotor to spin, the magnetic field created by the magnets rotates along with it. This moving magnetic field interacts with the conductors located in the stator windings of the generator.

Based on the law of electromagnetic induction, the rotating magnetic field induces an electromotive force (EMF) within the stator windings. If these windings are connected to an external electrical circuit, this induced EMF drives a current, allowing the generator to supply electrical power to the connected load.
